Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you sort it quickly and fairly.
Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in suitable packaging
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings or socks/hosiery once opened, unless the item is faulty. (Edit this list to match your products.)
How to start a return
Email us at gem@thecoastalboutique.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for return (helps us improve fit and product info)
We’ll reply with simple instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size/colour, message us and we’ll do our best to reserve it. If stock is limited, we may recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Return postage
- Return postage is paid by customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
