Yes. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it in line with our returns policy of 30 days if you have purchased online, and up to 7 days from our high street store for a refund. We will also create a credit note to be used in store for up to 6 months if the
unwanted item is brought back in store between 7 to 14 days of receipt. We want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase.

We’re always happy to help with exchanges where possible. If you need a different size or style, just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the best option. To adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines, we are unable to accept a return or exchange for
pierced earrings.

Most of our branded clothing such as Alice Collins and Pinns comes up true to size. We also stock the One Size “Made in Italy” range which generally fits a UK size 12-16. Our plus size range fits a UK Size 16 – 20. We always encourage you to try items on in store to make sure. If something comes up slightly generous or a little snug, we’ll always mention it on the product page so you can order with confidence.

If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, coastal fit – especially for knits, tops and layers. If you prefer a neater look, sizing down can work too. If you’re unsure, just drop us a message – we’re happy to help.

Yes, most of the shoes we stock are true to UK sizing. Brands like Lunar, Tamaris and
Heavenly Feet are chosen for comfort and reliable fit. If a style comes up slightly roomy or snug, we’ll flag it clearly on the product page.

We prioritise comfortable, wearable fabrics such as cotton blends, soft knits, linen mixes and breathable synthetics. Each product page includes fabric details so you know exactly what you’re buying.

Most of our shoes are designed to be comfortable straight away. Soft linings, flexible soles and cushioned footbeds mean very little breaking in is needed for everyday wear.

Care instructions are always included on the label, but as a general rule, washing on a gentle cycle and avoiding high heat will help your clothes keep their shape and help the colour last for longer.
