We are usually our own toughest critic when it comes to our body image and our mirrored appearance. The image we formulate in our minds of ourselves have developed throughout our life journey, and our negative perceptions continue into our adulthood.
Suffering from negative body image can corrode a person's self-esteem and have a lasting negative impact on our self-confidence. Sadly, the majority of people are very negative towards their own bodies.
